SB 704 - This act allows a person who has received two
DWIs within a five-year period to receive a limited driving
privilege after serving 90 days of the revocation period.
Under the current law, a circuit court or the director of
revenue may allow a person who has had his or her driver's
license revoked because he or she obtained two DWIs within a
five-year period to obtain a limited driving privilege if the
person has served at least two years of the revocation.
